Today I have started a new project here at TIG... and I hope to have the support of everyone here at TIG. South East Asia, or more particularly the Indian Subcontinent has been marred by incidents of violence for some time now. And in my opinion most of it can be avoided if people acted more sensibly. No I am not a fault finding mission here... so I shall not go about taking names, as that would only make things a lot worse!!!

I am of the opinion that... if Europe can establish peace and even go to the extent of creating the European Union within sixty years of fighting a World War, and numerous other wars prior to that, so can India and Pakistan. As unlike the numerous nations within Europe, which are so different, India and Pakistan even share a common heritage.

Our leaders are going to have a another session of peace talks, and I hope things work out. Meanwhile... I wish to set up a lateral dialogue among the youth here at TIG... a lot of our problems are due to misunderstandings and false information that we are taught to believe as the truth. We could use the power of Internet to clarify our differences and lay the foundations for a peaceful tomorrow.
